BMA - Seeing Now

Baltimore Maryland -Baltimore Museum of Art - BMA everyone had  a great time, as the  huge crowd came to see the closing of the show currently being shown, 'Seeing now' photographers from 1960 onward. The show contained wonderful experimental photographs and social documentation of the world as seen through the eyes of the photographers. Emerging civil rights for minorities , social documented drug use, nudity and emerging women's power struggles and social ills were all documented through the eyes of the photographers. Most of the photographs were black and white which was the medium of the time. Emerging color photography was still relegated and reserved for advertising and photographic portraiture.

If you have not had an opportunity to see the current ending show, then be sure to stay linked to the Baltimore Museum of Art for the outstanding heritage of art always on display, and the special selected shows brought to you by this fine museum.
