ACLU warns transit system not to ban photo taking -
If you visit Baltimore Maryland, you might want to think twice about filming or taking pictures in and around Baltimore, and Maryland.....read this article as posted in the Sunpaper.........do not give up your rights to the First Amendment.
This is not the first time I have seen commentary on the First Amendment rights of individuals being taken away because of misunderstanding of the Patriot Act as sited in this article.
Using Google I have put a search out for other instances on the internet showing similar action by professional and non professional personnel acting with restraint and threat of arrest for the use of a camera on public property and public equipment.
